If you experience a problem with your delivery please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number for your package. In the event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund item after 20 working days when the post office can confirm package is lost. We cannot be held responsible for late or lost delivery.
Returns
We at Twinkle Clothing Ltd hope you will be delighted with your product, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt. Product must be unworn and in its original package.
- Exchange or return will be be at customers own cost.
- Items must be returned unworn within the original packaging.
- We will issue a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt.
- Refunds or credits will be made to original payment card once package is received.
- We can only take responsibility for returns which are received at our address. For your own protection, please obtain proof of postage from the post office.
- We do not refund delivery charges or cost of returns postage except where the return is our error.
